  1. Register (Activation will be required)
  2. Click on "Support Tickets" (Under Projects)
  3. Select "New Issue" to create a ticket.

Then choose a Service Level:

  • Standard: $50/hour*
  • Priority: $100/hour*
  • Emergency: $200/hour*
  • Down Server: $200/hour*
  • Discussion: Free (but may not involve support or consultation requests).
