Overview
- Register: Be sure to use the email address of an authorized user from accounting
- Await activation: You will receive a confirmation email when the account has been approved.
- Click on "Support Tickets" (Under Projects)
- Select "New Issue" to create a ticket.
Then choose a Service Level:
- Standard: $50/hour*
- Priority: $100/hour*
- Emergency: $200/hour*
- Down Server: $200/hour*
- Discussion: Free (but may not involve support or consultation requests).
