Overview

  1. Register: Be sure to use the email address of an authorized user from accounting
  2. Await activation: You will receive a confirmation email when the account has been approved.
  3. Click on "Support Tickets" (Under Projects)
  4. Select "New Issue" to create a ticket.

Then choose a Service Level:

  • Standard: $50/hour*
  • Priority: $100/hour*
  • Emergency: $200/hour*
  • Down Server: $200/hour*
  • Discussion: Free (but may not involve support or consultation requests).
